Sarah Edwards: Pursuing Authentic Faith

Sarah Edwards was married to colonial preacher, Jonathan Edwards, and was a partner in a relationship referred to as “an uncommon union.” She raised eleven children, cared for hearth and home, and supported her eccentric husband in the ebbs and flows of his ministry. In the midst of all this, Sarah sought God. Her life with, and experience of, God, bears witness to her energetic life of faith. Through a one woman play, written and acted by Maggie Rowe, we will hear Sarah’s story with God, and in addition, take some time to ponder our own experience of God.
